How do I change the header logo title?
A logo.psd is included in the psd folder. Edit the psd file, save as logo.gif and upload to the theme images folder.

How do I add the featured thumbnails to the header gallery?
You can select 3 posts to be featured. For each post,

1. Add the “Featured” category.
2. Optional: Add a custom field with
   Name = featuredimage
   Value = image url e.g http://yourdomain.com/image.jpg (recommended: 160px by 120px)

If this field is not added, the theme will attempt to display the first image found in the content. Else a blank image is displayed.

No need to rub your eyes.. it’s a Google Search Engine(GSE).. packaged in a WordPress theme! Proudly claim that your site has been acquired and integrated into GSE. The theme was created out of fun for the coming April Fool’s Day but I’m sure you can find other uses for it.

It’s a pity that the sidebar ads used on the geniune GSE is not available in Adsense. The closest format is the 160×600 skyscraper. I also used “Woogle” as logo instead of “Google” for trademark concerns. Overall, I won’t claim 100% resemblance.. 80% perhaps

How can I change the logo?
Replace the logo.png with your own image (recommended: PNG file, 128px by 128px).
If you need to shift your logo up or down, open style.css and look for #header_logo.
Change the value for “margin-top”. Original is -30px.

The Fashionista theme was designed for BlogShopr – Singapore Online Shopping in mind. BlogShopr act as a blog aggregator for multiple fashion blogs, hence the content section can be unpredictable, with multiple images of different widths, often times exceeding and overflow the column (example post exceeding 1024 in width) . Thus the need for a fluid column on the right to hold the contents.

Customisation

• For the sliding tabs, I’m using the Dagon Design Sitemap Generator for sitemap tab and WP-ContactForm [Akismet Edition] for contact tab. It’s not included in the theme pack, so you have to download them, use your own plugins or simply removed the tabs.
• To edit the tab’s text, you can use the PSD (Photoshop) file in the psd folder
• To add/remove a tab, edit line 9 in footer.php

How to add the sitemap and contact pages?
For Contact Page
1. Install and activate plugin: WP-ContactForm [Akismet Edition]
2. Go to Admin Panel > Write > Write Page
3. If using the Visual Editor, switch from “Visual” to “Code” view first
4. Insert <!–contact form–> into post
5. On the right menu, look for “Page Slug” and enter “contact”

For Sitemap Page

My title is too long. Can i show the title using a full sidebar?
Unfortunately no. You can try to reduce the font size (in style.css, edit #logo h3).
Or replace your title with a logo (width of 195px).

How to exclude the sitemap & contact from showing in the sidebar, under about me?
In line 17 of sidebar.php, add the exclude parameter to the wp_list_pages with your page ids. More details at WordPress Codex

Easter egg: How to make my blog title appear in 2 colors?
Some hardcoding required. In line 3 of sidebar.php, replace with following code and edit the title to your liking
