Actually, the idea was hatched in Jul 2006, even before I started ericulous.com. But I decided to put it on the backburner as phpBB3 wasn’t ready for prime time yet Why wait till phpBB3? I thought starting afresh with a new version will leave some burden behind. A year past and with the recent release of phpBB 3.0 RC1, I can finally revive this project.
